After submitting an inquiry using the form below, you'll instantly receive our new client questionnaire and be given the option to book a complimentary discovery call so we can discuss your needs.
Once we know what services you are interested in we will share a comprehensive guide (all digital) with all the specifics about our services, pricing, packages, process, and payment details. After the proposal, contract, and first payment are submitted, you'll be booked into our calendar. Dates are limited and are on a first come first serve basis.

We start with discovery and understanding. This is key to your business transformation. This first step is crucial in understanding the small but mighty details of your business, goals, clients, and team. Next we hold a collaborative virtual workshop where we learn about the services you offer and map them out. We discuss any pain points and how we might be able to solve them.

This phase's depth and length depends on whether you are a new business without a brand or an established business that just needs a refresh. This is an important step that will set the tone for your website's visual aesthetic, ensuring your website and client touch points genuinely feel and look how you want your business to present. We will create a design brief and guideline that describes your brand personality, ideal client, colors, and font. This will help you keep marketing consistent across digital and print.
Content is everything when it comes to appealing to your ideal client and SEO. We don’t expect you to know how to write for the web, so we do it for you. You’ll receive a copy of all the content, which can be repurposed in social media, emails, and print materials.

Now comes the fun part—turning your copy into a stunning, user-friendly website that reflects your brand and ranks well in search results. Most of our clients need 5-6 custom pages (typically Home, About, Services, Contact, Privacy Policy, and a Blog). That’s right, I said custom. While I may reuse patterns, I believe that every business has unique needs, messages and call to actions, therefore my design is based on your business goals and your clients’ needs.

Additional templates, automations, integrations, and importing your existing clients can be added to the project; pricing varies based on complexity.

No, the platform subscription and hosting fees are not included in my pricing. However, because you are my client, you will get a discount on the website and CRM platforms. I will also walk you through the plans and suggest subscription levels. Ongoing costs for these platforms are between $250 and $550 per year.

I do, and I only offer a la carte services to current or previous clients to ensure that I fully understand their business - brand - website - and clients. After you fill out the new client questionnaire, you will receive a comprehensive guide with all the specifics about our services, packages, process, and payment details.

Yes! You will be able to review work at specific milestones during each phase of the project. Once we release a part of the project for review you will have 2 days to submit your change requests. Change requests must be within the contracted scope, context and timeframe.
