Once we know what services you are interested in we will share a comprehensive guide (all digital) with all the specifics about our services, pricing, packages, process, and payment details. After the proposal, contract, and first payment are submitted, you'll be booked into our calendar. Dates are limited and are on a first come first serve basis.

WEEK ONE

Discovery + Brand + Copywriting

We start with discovery and understanding. This is key to your business transformation. This first step is crucial in understanding the small but mighty details of your business, goals, clients, and team. Next we will create a design brief and guide describing your brand personality, ideal client, colors, and font. This document will help you keep marketing consistent across digital and print. 

Content is everything when it comes to appealing to your ideal client and SEO. We don’t expect you to know how to write for the web, so we do it for you. You’ll receive a copy of all the content, which can be repurposed in social media, emails, and print materials.

WEEK TWO

Website Design + Reviews + 1:1 Training

Now comes the fun part—turning your copy into a stunning, user-friendly website that reflects your brand and ranks. 5-6 custom pages (typically Home, About, Services, Contact, Privacy Policy, and a Blog) are in scope with our two-week process. That’s right, I said custom. While I may reuse patterns, I believe that every business has unique needs, messages, and calls to action - therefore, my design is based on your business goals and your clients’ needs.

On the last day of your project, you will be invited to attend a 1:1 training session on Zoom. I will teach you how to fine-tune your website so that you feel empowered to make small changes. If you need something more complex done in the future, I can help make any changes you’d like, and I will bill you hourly.

  • Hosting is provided by Squarespace.  I have tried almost every website platform out there, and I wholeheartedly believe that Squarespace is the absolute best. 

  • I do, and I only offer a la carte services to current or previous clients to ensure that I fully understand their business - brand - website - and clients. After you fill out the new  client questionnaire, you will receive a comprehensive guide with all the specifics about our services, packages, process, and payment details. 

  • Yes! You will be able to review work at specific milestones during each phase of the project. Once we release a part of the project for review you will have 2 days to submit your change requests. Change requests must be within the contracted scope, context and timeframe.
